HOW IS RED LIGHT THERAPY DIFFERENT FROM A SAUNA?
Both treatments are clinically proven to benefit the body, but they work differently. Saunas work by creating heat to elevate your core body temperature. Red light therapy uses wavelengths of natural light to stimulate your skin and cells. It generates very little heat, so you
won’t be sweaty when you’re done. 

 

HOW LONG IS A RED LIGHT THERAPY SESSION? WHAT FREQUENCY IS
RECOMMENDED?

Red light therapy treatments are simple and quick—each session is 10-15 minutes of sitting or standing in our red light therapy room. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend two or three sessions per week for most people, though individuals with more serious health problems may benefit from additional sessions. 

 

WHAT DOES RED LIGHT THERAPY COST?
A red light therapy membership is $50 per month for unlimited sessions with a minimum three-month
commitment. Red light therapy sessions are also included in our silver, gold, and platinum  memberships that include chiropractic and massage services.
