The HOCATT is an infrared ozone sauna that combines multiple wellness technologies into one convenient 30-minute treatment. InBalance Chiropractor and Wellness is one of the first providers to bring this multi-faceted wellness resource to the Oklahoma City area.

 

 

How to maximize benefit from HOCATT sessions

 

Like anything related to health and wellness, consistency is key when it comes to infrared ozone sauna sessions. Recommended frequency of HOCATT sessions may vary by individual,  we recommend 2 to 3 times per week.

 

 

What to expect during a HOCATT session

 

When you arrive for your HOCATT session, our helpful staff will show you to the treatment room and provide you with several towels. Our staff will then step out while you undress completely and get seated in the infrared ozone sauna with the provided towels draped over you. Once you’re situated, a staff member will return to close the sauna and start the sequence of wellness technologies. After the cycle of wellness technologies is complete, a team member will return to open the sauna before stepping out again so you can exit the sauna and get dressed.

 

While each session only takes about 30 minutes in the HOCATT, we schedule appointments for one hour to ensure adequate time for changing clothes before and after the session. If you have mobility concerns, you may want to bring a family member or trusted friend who can help you in and out of the sauna, as a few steps are required, and the sauna may be slippery when exiting.
